Herberger Center for Design Excellence

The Herberger Center for Design Excellence is established as a think tank and publication center for the design and planning disciplines, with principal focus on high-quality built environments and growth through university/industry/community partnerships. Beverly Brandt and Mary Kihl are the first two directors. The center is made possible by a $500,000 gift from the Herberger family.
