Jane Tanfield

British architect and assistant professor, M. Jane Tanfield taught undergraduate and graduate design studios focused on projects in San Francisco and London, cities dear to her heart. In 1987, she died in the crash of Northwest Flight 255 while returning from a national conference along with her colleague Suzanne Kolarik Underwood. The M. Jane Tanfield Memorial Scholarship for international travel was established in her memory.
