John Biln

John Biln was an assistant professor at ASU. His scholarship focused on contemporary architecture, design theory and criticism, urban history, heritage studies, local culture and collective memory. From 1993-95 he was the assistant director of the school during which time he co-created the college's Interdisciplinary PhD program. He is now on the faculty of United Arab Emirates University. John has also taught at the University of Beirut and Rice University.
