John McIntosh

As the director of systems support, John McIntosh oversaw the distribution and management of the first microcomputers for faculty (IBM PCs and Apple Macs) in the College. He also implemented a hardwired computer system in studios and taught computer-aided design. In 1996 he became the coordinator of the Joint Urban Design Program (JUDP), conducting numerous charrettes throughout Arizona. Under his leadership, successful implementations of JUDP recommendations include the Phoenix Homeless Campus, Phoenix Public Market, and Town of Winslow redevelopment.
