John Peterson

Jack Peterson taught design studio to three decades of students and was director of the School of Architecture from 1988 to 1989 and 1994 to 1995. He also served as a graduate coordinator. Throughout his academic career, he maintained an award-winning private practice. He and Jim Rapp formed Environmental Planning Consultants, Inc., whose projects included the Motorola plant at McDowell Road and 52nd Street. Now retired in Paradise Valley, he is also a respected painter.
