Michael Kroelinger

With degrees in both interior design and architecture, Michael Kroelinger was a natural for nurturing multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary educational programs. He founded the PhD program in environmental design and planning for ASU in 1995 and directed it for five years. He also directed the ASU Lighting Simulation Laboratory and taught coursework in architectural lighting, graduate research methods and simulation seminars. He later became dean of architecture at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
