National Solar Water Heater Workshops

Stanley Mumma creates and offers on an ongoing basis the National Solar Water Heater Workshop with initial funding from the U.S. Department of Energy. Two years later Mumma is awarded a $1 million U.S. Department of Energy grant to expand the workshop to 48 sites in 30 states.
