Richard Perrell

Richard Perrell started as a part-time faculty associate in 1971 before becoming a full-time faculty member, teaching construction technology classes. His expertise was in specifications and construction administration. A Korean War veteran, he was named a Fellow of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) in 1973.
